How to connect with MYSQL database using SAS Enterprise Guide with Linux platform?

1.   Firstly you have to create DSN for the database.

vim /etc/odbc.ini

[DSN]
Driver=/opt/microsoft/msodbcsql/lib64/libmsodbcsql-11.0.so.2270.0
Server=xxx.xxx.xxx.xx,1433
Database=xxxxxxxxx
Threading=1
UsageCount=1

save & exit

2. Now open SAS Enterprise Guide & write this statement to validate the connection.

libname=Test odbc dsn=DSN user=sa pwd=xxxxxxx connection=global schema=dbo;

If it’s run without any error then you have made a connection successfully between SQL & SAS.
